B&R 126 end piece line up problem

Just recently got a 126 and when I installed the steel bracelet the end pieces seem to have a little more play than i expected. Could this be a spring bar issue? I've seen a little play before but this is a decent size gap between the watch and the bracelet . I was assured this is the original bracelet with correct spring bars. Ay help would be great!! Thanks guys

Vintage 126... Thats what I was thinking also, wonder if B&R would send me some new ones ....
