Can we chabge Bell & Ross's dial?

In my collection i have a BR 03 92 Phantom. And i was wondering if i could change the dial for my piece. Since it is very difficult to see the hands and time at night.

I don't see why not, you may want to double confirm with Bell & Ross, but if you are sending it in, I'm sure they can do a change for you.

Selling it and getting a watch with the face you want is probably much easier, faster and won't effect the resale value of the watch you have.
