I don't own this watch but I like the style of the BR 03-51.

I am considering to get it but I am wondering why the 2nd time zone is numbered only as 0 - 12. Typically, GMT dials are 0 -24 so that we can tell it's day or night in that time zone.

When I read the manual:

I cannot understand how the 0 - 12 2nd time zone is used to tell if it was day or night time.

Can you someone help?
