are these authentic?

Wondering if more experienced eyes than mine can tell if these are both authentic? They look identical to my eye on the front, but clearly one is different with all the text etc on the back. Thoughts? What should I be looking for to determine authenticity?

Where are they from? Meaning where did you acquire them?

I'm not to familiar with Bell & Ross but usually replicas logo is offset and they lack authentic hex female screw inserts. If you find out send me a pm in either case might be interested-
