Nav B Vintage possible problem?

Since I don't wear this watch everyday, I usually wind it up in the morning. Today I noticed that shaking the watch makes a sound like something is loose inside. Also, the winding feels less smooth. Another odd thing is that it feels as if the rotor is spinning while handwinding.

I feels there is something wrong with the watch. I would hate to have it sent back to Germany but maybe that's what is needed. Suggestions?

As I have read many posts here. Some people fixed the watch in their country and Gunter will pay for the repair cost if the watch is in waranty period. Make sure you consult with Gunter before doing so.
