I like the dial design a lot. I'm a huge fan of multi layered dials. Congratulation to Steinhart for releasing such an original watch!

The only thing that bothers me is the large bezel labels. I just don't like heavy text on watches. I'd rather buy a sterile version, or one with subtle non-painted engraving...
    Have a wonderful time...

Does the horn sound when the crown is pushed in too?

Stunning design! Awesome new addition to the Steinhart collection!
Already bought my own little Le Mans GT. Love at first sight!

Congrats on an extremely well done designing job!

I agree its a wonderful design and would be completely sold on this piece if it has a sterile or less "loud" bezel option

Gee, Thanks Triton. Now I have another watch to add to my wishlist. LOL
Seriously though, I really like this watch. Very many WELL thought out details. I can't wait to see the other variations.
I would definitely have to get both a rubber and a leather strap.

I guess I am a minority on this one. This is the Steinhart I like the least. Perhaps they can think of something else other than the HUGE text on the bezel and offer it as an alternative.

Not really sure why Steinhart would spend time on a watch that looks like it comes in a box set of Hot Wheels....just don't get it?!?!?

I both now own and have owned a few Steinhart's. I will say the face, case, hands and strap options are cool/ modern looking and I would have considered it. But while I get the whole tire design of the bezel ...the engraving makes the entire watch look way too Swatch-like for me. Cool that it lumes though. Also why 46mm diameter & 14.5 mm thick (this will make it look like you're wearing a hockey puck)? The big is better trend is starting to get tired.

Agree with the last few comments, first Steinhart I've ever looked at and thought there is no chance I'll ever own that. It's mostly the bezel but I also don't like the face, I don't get the trend of using carbon fibre in the dials, I really don't think it adds much to most watches, possibly the only thing I like about the watch is the hands.

All in all it's firmly a thumbs down for me, if that's the first of a collection I really hope they have a rethink before they release the next model.

Such a pity as well, some of the recent Steinhart LE watches like the Black Sea and the Grand Prix for example have been stunning. When they announced no more forum limited editions I hoped that we'd get designs of that calibre.
