How I can tell automatic watches either citizen and seiko is genuine? (Ebay)

Hi all, I saw many of them that is "new" on ebay but I want to be sure they are genuine even the price is really good? The range is 60 to 120 on certain automatic watches. Seiko most of them is 7S26, and how can I tell by machined finish (looks like grey dull stampings) and stamping of text locations, like for example, is this not supposed to be on the rotor?

I am not sure of the Orient watches as well since they are available on ebay too. Not sure of the claim of japanese movement source.

ive been buying off ebay for 20 years. most of the crooks are gone. now paypal offers you coverage to make sure you get what you pay for, the sellers dont care for it but its for the buyers protection. when you buy most things on ebay your eliminating the middle man, or woman. why pay an extra $100.00 to a store because they have overhead, thats there problem.
