I am copying the original post of Hotnerd (Bhanu) with instructions on how to make your reservation for this project watch. This is the same message as in the long thread, so please do not mail Hotnerd again if you have already done so.

Mr. Pfeiffer replied regarding ordering the watch:

We think the best way would be if you can send us a list
of the members to reserve the numbers. For sending the
watches we will need:
- The complete address + telefon number.
- We will also need the e-mail address for sending the proforma
invoice. This proforma invoice will show the number of the watch,
the complete address of the member and our bank account.
- We will confirm every money transfer and watch number by mail.
- We will also accept 250 Euros payment in advance
- We will expect the rest directly before shipping the watches.
- We will not charge any shipping costs.
- The delivery will be 4-8 weeks after we received the deposit.

If you send us the design for the back of the watch, we can
of course provide you with a mock up picture in best quality.

Together we will create a beautiful watch...

I will gather the information and pass it along to Laco and they will send us an invoice in the email.

I suggest that any "official" information by Hotnerd or others regarding the ordering process be posted only in this thread, leaving the long thread for the discussion of the design of the watch.

Please be advised that we will keep this thread to two pages to permit its intended use as a quick reference tool.

I intend to prune outdated posts from this thread, or those not containing current information about the order process and schedule, so that we'll stay within the two-page maximum.

I hope you understand, but with the wealth of posts in this subforum, I think getting to the current state of affairs quickly is a worthy goal.

Just a quick update on ordering process:

- I will email Laco with contact information on May 11th (Sunday)
- Laco will email everyone with invoice for 250 Euros deposit the week of May 12th (next week)
- The deposit can be made either with bank wire transfer or Paypal
- Laco will confirm every money transfer and watch number by mail.
- Laco will expect the rest of the payment directly before shipping the watches.
- Laco will not charge any shipping costs.
- The delivery will be 4-8 weeks after Laco receives the deposit.

My best guess is that Laco will start shipping our watches in late June.

Mr Pfeiffer will be on holidays starting tomorrow so other than deposit I do not expect any updates until his return on May 26th.
