    Scary Accuracy Casio PRG-240-1ER

It haven't gained or lost 1 single second since i sycned it with the atomic internet time at DST set.
Have kept it in the box 'til today to give it a little bit sunlight.
Most unaccurate watch i have is a G-Shock G9000. It gains 10 seconds per month.
My G7710 gains 6 seconds per month and my Citizen Orca 4 seconds per month.
I would never buy a mechanical watch.

After owning a Casio G-Shock Riseman for almost 2 years now. Not only do I want a Casio Pathfinder or a Casio Protrek even more. I want one with the most things you can get on a ABC watch. Like solar, atomic time, water resistant to 200m, altitude, barometer, compass, moon phase, tide graft, and sunup and sundown times. My favorite watch is a Rolex Submariner, but my favorite everyday watch has to be a ABC watch.
    My daily five watches.

G-Shock MTG930DA-8V, G-Shock GW-5600J-1, Citizen Eco-Drive BM8180-03E, G-Shock Riseman GW9200-1, and a Vostok Amphibia with a Russian Navy missile ship and a Russian Tank on a stainless steel oyster watch band.

My PRG240 is the most accurate one among my digitals, too.

I love my PAG/PRG 240. Everything about it is accurate and reliable. It'll be 2 years old in November, and no issues.

Lumpazi: what kind of band is that? Zulu a NATO? Which diameter do you run?

    Hi mbt_dad!

It is a 22mm wide DiverTec Nato Strap. I bought it here:

I purchased a Casio Protrek 250 1-DR for about USD 240 incl. postage, just over a month ago. Synced it when I got it, now 34 days later, it has gained less than 2 seconds: for a non atomic, non temperature compensated watch, it's definitely the jackpot. Hope you all have similar luck with your buys!

    Ya 4sevens> all.

I just ordered a custom built Maelstrom S12. Custom driver put in, hand picked LED, burned in. Thing will push 1200-1500 lumens. Be like the sun!

I haven't ever checked the time, but I do know that my barometer can't read pressure up past 10,000 ft. It pretty much freaked out on a four day trip in the Sierras. Altimeter was good, but I think I'm going to try out a Core.

    almost 12k!

Wow, great pic! Thanks for sharing! Too bad about the limited capabilities of the PRG-240 but AFAIK if you change to metric it should go up further.

    cheers, Sedi
