Bezel color on Seiko 7548-7000 (give me your opinion please!)

I'm looking to buy a seiko quartz, and I can't afford the SBCM023. So I looked aorund on some Japanese auciton sites ( I live in Japan) and found two 7548-7000s both will probably sell for less than $60. But one of them caught my eye because it looks like it has a navy blue dial and looks really nice. I'm not sure if its just the lighting or if it's actually navy blue. I've googled some pictures and found blue-looking bezels but the information of the picture says black bezel. Can anyone confirm if the 7548 series had a navy blue bezel?

I have the 7548-700B with the blue dial and pepsi bezel. I bought it at a Navy Exchange in 1982.

That is a nicely weathered black bezel.

7548's only came with black or pepsi bezels.
