Help needed! Is this watch that ive bought a genuine or a fake SEIKO? SNDC49P1

Hi, i have bought this SEIKO from a watch shop, which is a rather small shop. But the way this particular seller package this watch for me had somehow made me feel suspicious of the genuinity of this watch, which is not properly sealed, and comes with a random seiko box.

Also i could'nt find this model from the official SEIKO website! Does this watch really exist from SEIKO? Or it might be a replica? Can anyone with the experience of having Seiko can tell me whether this watch is a genuine one?

Ya another thing, my previous SEIKO 5 has luminescnet on the watch face, and this watch does not? It worries me a lot..

Please post me some feedbacks of the opinion of whether this watch is a genuine or a fake. Thanks!

Well, i managed to find this on some online sellers watch features. But i couldn't find it on the official SEIKO website.
It stated to have SOLID BRACELET, while mine was FOLDED BRACELET
It also stated to have 3 FOLD CLASP WITH PUSH BUTTON RELEASE, while mine doesnt even have the PUSH BUTTON and only has CLASP LOCK
    Did i just got conned??

Your watch is a genuine Seiko. Here's an Amazon listing that shows the folded link bracelet and simple fold over clasp: Amazon.com: Seiko Men's SNDC49 Chronograph Brushed and Polished Link Bracelet Black Dial Watch: Seiko: Watches

The image you have attached is just a sloppy product description.

Did you "get conned?" Not as far as "genuinity" is concerned, but if you paid more than about USD95, then maybe ...

Why are people so ready to believe there are so many Seiko fakes out there? I've bought both new and used Seikos since the early 90's and have never come across one. In fact they're so rare in my view they must be collectors items

I don't like the looks of that bracelet. I don't think Seiko makes that type of bracelet. Pretty sure they have pins in the links.

They do, I've owned a Seiko with that bracelet. I gave it away ;). Although it feels cheap, the bracelet actually lived throughout the life of the watch.
