CITIZEN WATCH CO. - unknown model ,please help!

Hi all!

I have bought this watch in London,some 14 years ago.Until this day,I have no idea how to operate it,nor do I have a manual for it.When it comes to setting it for various hours,it's a pain.The alarm goes on,movement is erratic (for me,at least),and so forth.I have to say though...the piece is spot on.It works like a charm.

I have attached 3 photographs of this item,to help identification.

I would kindly ask knowledgeable people in here to help me identify this time piece,and perhaps obtaining a manual would be brilliant (or at least how to operate it to full).
