I have a Citizen Eco Drive that had bad luck since the day it was gave to me as a fathers day gift from my son.The watch had become damaged
so I decided to send it to Citizen to have it repaired.This is were more bad luck started .after paying for shipping and sending watch I was finally
had to call and was told the watch would cost more than I thought it was worth.They realized I was not going to get it fixed and came down in price
so I let them do it.It was not clear how I should pay now or later but I was under the impression work had started and left my number so they were
to give me a CALL .they said no problem and that was that.Two months go buy and I am turning on my new PC (old one lost last month with a smash
and grab robbery)and had a email saying watch was being sent back to me .Called again and was told they do not going to call ANYONE about repairs
and my only choice was pay new shipping and send the watch back.They were not concerned that they were to call and said they emailed in place of calling and that was that.I have used to much of my time on this and with extra cost of shipping again I will put on ebay for parts.I thought I would have been treated better from the maker of a high end watch and due to service I would not recommend them now or never.SAD service in USA has became this poor,everything is about you bought our product now go away
