Review of Orient Star Somes WZ0041FR

I received this watch last week from Nathan who is a great guy to deal with by the way. The Orient Star Somes EZ0041FR. I am impressed with the fit and finish of the watch and the quality of the strap is outstanding. I really like these Orient Stars.

The strap is a quality Somes strap in honey. Somes is a leather harness and saddle maker in Japan


Nicely sized for my 7 and a half inch wrist


Beautiful black dial, with luminous power reserve indicator, In my opinion the PR indicator is one of the most useful functions on an automatic watch

Thanks Pete for the photos. I've always been attracted to this model ever since I saw some pictures posted by member kew. It is such a cool look. What is your take on it's diameter? Does it wear like it's size? Thanks again

Yes it does wear well. Very comfortable although the strap needed to soften a bit.
