The times I have been on watch report, I have enjoyed their reviews - and they don't disappoint this time around.

If I remember right, their reports are always complimentary and don't delve much into every day livability of the watch or any drawbacks. I've always taken their reviews as almost another marketing blurb.

Decent -if somewhat anemic- review, but the 'open to usa residents only' pretty much pi$$e$ off the rest of the watch world. Not much of interest here.

Edit: couldn't help noticing that the Orient Sunday winners were both from the usa, and I'll bet the Orient "Name that watch" winners will be too. Coincidence??

what do you guys think of their review and the watchreport in general?

That article is short on review and testing information and long on measurements and other basics that I can get from Orient. It seems mostly focused on selling some sort of contest. I've read a couple of other reviews on that site and thought they were also shallow.

Maybe I don't understand the rules of WUS, but I thought promotional stuff like this was a no-no outside of official fora. Not two hours ago some guy that was shilling his new watch site and had his post completely removed.
