I can't give you an answer right now. I would have to spend some time thinking through this to see what we can do and then figure out how much time it would take to actually develop and distribute the information.
I will have an update posted to the blog by the end of Sunday.
But in essence the shipping sequence is as described by Docwein. I will include in my post on the blog more detail so that I hope that we can clarify how the information is interpreted by everyone and what we can do by way of progress reports.
