    Sad day... Bye bye seafighter

Bye bye seafighter.. I hardly knew thee.

Guys, I had to sell my brand new seafighter. I found an excellent deal on a pre-owned LRRP that I simply cound not pass up. The taste is bitter sweet. I WILL buy the seafighter again, but for now I could not afford to keep both.

Tell me I did the right thing. I'll miss my seafighter.

Here are some wrist shots of my new beauty!

I really need to stay out of the sales section of the forum. It is a very very dangerous place for me to be.

I am 100% satisfied with the LRRP. It wears so comfortable on the wrist and in my opinion is the perfect size for my 7 1/2 inch wrist. I LOVE the brushed finish and the drilled lugs. It makes swapping the bracelet sooooo easy.

that must have been a tough decision... I'll relinquesh mine only to my son when I deem him worthy (he's 9). And of course to Bill if he, by chance, may need it for reference.

(.....and possibly to Cowbiker if he proimises not to gash on anything.)

    Jimmy,

As the person who's now wearing yr Seafighter, I can only say: thanks! You were great to deal with and it's a very nice watch. My first MkII!

One issue for me is my wrist is 8", so the strap (which is quite nice) is only it's 3rd to last whole. Anyone know if Bill sells bigger ones? I wanna keep that nice signed buckle... I guess I could move it to a 22mm Isofrane when those are available.

Anyone else solved this w/ a 3rd party strap or bracelet?

    Thanks, again, Jimmy.

Jurgens, will make an extra long strap as a custom order, including his mesh. He advertises in the sales section. Not the cheapest solution but a viable one.

Initially, I was after this Seafighter too, but I was too late. Pitty. But today, my luck turned: I bought one from one of Bill's dealers overhere in Europe for the 'old' price: the price that's on their website was the price before the euro took a nose dive. Hence, I got 15% discount on the watch!

The watch is in Europe already; Tax and Vat are paid!
