    Bands for Doxas?

I'm purchasing a Doxa 300 Sharkhunter 50th Anniversary and I'm pumped about it! I notice in the ad on the Doxa site that there is a pic of the Sharkhunter with a rubber strap but it says all the lugs are 22mm tapering to 20, and all the straps advertised are marked at 20mm. Can anyone advise on which strap i should buy (or not?)or where to buy.........

    Thanks guys

The strap is 22m wide because it flares out over the edge. Any 20mm strap should fit it perfectly.

I would recommend a tropic rubber for you. But not the old vintage. And not the cheap silicon version that attracts lots of dust. No, there is an affordable version that works perfect. I bought mine from a shop in Finland but I'm pretty sure there are sellers in the US that also sell it. Not sure the manufacturer, sorry. Here shown on my 1000T. Should work fine on the new 300 as well.

Here on the ORIS 65 tropic. Looks great but will not bend smoothly over the wrist because of its weird shap towards the watch case.

Here on a curved end vintage tropic. Looks good but doesn't feel very safe.

I've seen Doxa offers a orange rubber strap on the shop, but there are no pics, just the black one for the Sharkhunter.

Vintage Tropic is the perfect compliment, IMHO.

I've been toying with the idea of an orange Hirsch Robby for my 1200T Pro, I think it will look great, I just like my OEM bracelet too much...

Here's one on a VSA Divemaster 500, natural rubber backing, as comfortable as anything else I've worn.

The black rubber tropics above look great on DOXAs.

If it's not too much orange for you, an Isofrane or DOXA Hershey look good. I've posted some pictures here:

    Hersey strap in orange

There is also a good black DOXA Hershey rubber strap. I can post some pictures if anyone is interested.

    Cheers
