That's the way to go ..... my mind was made up quickly and got the 1200T (DWL - I had made up my mind at the exact right time).

Still planning on getting a 2nd Doxa, but I'm missing the boat .... 1200T Numa (Turquoise), 600T Graph Searambler, 1200T Searambler ...... The latter might be back in the program "soon" (?)

I've noticed a black military version on ebay. When it comes to the finish colors on the DOXA's, are the black versions just as scratch-resistant?

The 1200T has a vintage look. Even though it's close to the overall size as my 300T reissue, they fit and feel totally different.

Any DOXA is a good first one. The PA 2 would be a cool start.

The black PVD coating makes it more scratch resistant than bare stainless steel.

I would not go for the black /military. The orange /red is too much contrast and for a tool watch which is supposed to get used in tough environment, the black DLC is way too fragile. I had one, I can tell you :(

Unless you're desk diving, you're gonna see wear marks on a mil/black. Probably even then.
