Hi Guys,
I just wanted to give props to Doxa for excellent customer service. I had a problem with the crown on my 1200T Pro which was under warranty. I contacted Doxa and within a very short time my watch was sent Via Fedex to Switzerland at no cost to me, within less than 2 weeks it was returned back to me from the Switzerland repair centre, communication was excellent during this time and im a happy camper that my favourite watch is back to itself, nice one Doxa.![]()
