    LUME!

I took this picture with a new camera app for my iPhone, it came out well. My 750T glows like uranium after a little sunlight.

Doxas have adequate lume; my 1000Ts dim considerably after the initial charge, but the overall charge lasts quite awhile (10 second exposure for my shots):

    Re: LUME!

I appreciate good lume on a dive watch and I think Doxa does a good job with theirs, but I have noticed that not all Doxa lume is equal. I've owned the following models: 750t, 1000t, 1200t and 5000t (also a few 800ti but those have their own category) and my assessment is that the 1200t has the longest lasting and is easiest to read at 3am. I would have thought the 5000t would have been the best, but the lume on the hands becomes hard to read after a few hours...perhaps they need a thicker application.
    Respectfully,
    Don

I've heard good things about the 1200 lume, too. My 750 Sharkhunter's lume remains easily readable all night long, with the hands glowing brighter than the indices.

I've also noticed that my 750T has better than average lume. It stay's readable all night and is a real torch immediately following a charge. The 5000T that I had last year was ok but the 750T seems to last longer.

Doxa could sure use more lume in my opinion, on all their models.

Sure they could have... But cost will be a factor.
