    My 1200 Searambler with a 750 bracelet

Well this was something that I had some reservations about but I'm happy that it's worked out. I grabbed a 1200 rambler about a month ago and was initially happy with it because I love Doxa's... naturally. After a few days, I began noticing that the GMT band was too thick for me. After owning 1000's and a 750 I was used to the thinner bracelet. The WIS in me started to mull over selling it and just getting another 1000 and be done with it but the rambler was just too nice to let go and after a few days with my sale post up I yanked it. I found someone to trade my GMT bracelet with and did the exchange. I was worried that the slightly thicker case was going to just throw it all off but I'm happy to say that I love the look. At certain angles I think the thinner bracelet makes it look more vintage and closer to the 300T's of old. I snapped a few picks during the eclipse tonight and they are below.
