we are starting to prepare the web page for the DOXA book. I am not sure if we should start taking pre-orders now or wait till it is out at Basel and start processsing oders April 20th.

Price will be around $59.00 + shipping (it is a heavy book)

You don't honestly think that anyone would want to wait? I think that 99% would pre-order now and pay now. Even if we have to wait until Basel for it to be shipped...........although you could ship it now.........hmmmmm.....
