Should we start taking orders for the book now?

    Dear friends and members.

we are starting to prepare the web page for the DOXA book. I am not sure if we should start taking pre-orders now or wait till it is out at Basel and start processsing oders April 20th.

Price will be around $59.00 + shipping (it is a heavy book)

    Dear friends,

In my initial post, I quoted te book to be around $59.00 and due to the high production and printing costs involved in the book, the price will be somewhere between $69.00 and $79.00. the book is printed in Europe and the USD keeps falling apart towards the Euro. Hope you understand

For sure, now. And I would love a LE copy, if we get a choice.
