    There are aesthetic differences between the COSC and the normal version?

    Only the dial markings. The dial on the COSC model will have "Officially Certified Chronometer" under the Doxa name.

    You will need to contact Doxa via their webisite to find out the price of this model. They can also let you know if any are still available as not many were produced.
