    Looking for a SEAL Bezel

I have a business partner that does hard chrome (industrial chrome, not bling bumpers) and I'd like to send him a SEAL bezel to chrome. The advantage to hard chrome is that it offers a surface hardness that's about 65 on the Rockwell scale. Should be VERY resistant to scratching and gouging. The nice thing about hard chrome is that it can be brushed.

Looking for a bezel of any condition for a SEAL (non DLC). Willing to pay a reasonable ransom.

    Let me know...

I imagine that KWC may be a good source, as well.

I have had a post on the Sales forum for quite some time with zero activity. Kobold will sell me one, but its dinged and will show under the HC. I'm hoping for surface scratches or better, which can be brushed out.

Just curious as to why Kobold will sell you only a bezel with a ding on it? Do they have new ones available?

I have no idea if they have new... because this project is off the beaten path, I was looking for something with some miles.

If KWC is now selling Seal bezels, or any bezel, but especially Seal bezels.....that is kinda big news IMO. They have resolutely refused to sell them, period. If the are selling them in ANY condition, this is new

I really want a PVD or DLC bezel for my LSD

I was told I could buy a new DLC'd bezel for $500. The used one was apparently QUITE used.

I cannot comment on their policy, obviously.
