Spoke with an AD today. 15% was the best he could do on Pilots and Portofinos. He mentioned his shrinking margins on IWC.

If someone could PM me a reliable dealer who could top this, I would be eternally grateful.

Reading RedLeg's post, it appears he just called around to see which AD can work with him. I didn't interpret this as building a relationship with an AD over a number of years so how much "cultivation" could have occured over the phone?

A smart AD will not haggle over the phone, they can simply say, "we are competitive" and try to set up an
appointment time.
