Help Identifying Vintage IWC

Hello everyone!

I am new to this watch forum, but I had to join once I feel in love with an IWC on ebay and could not figure out the reference number after an extensive internet search.

The image is attached below -- what I do know is that it is a cal 852 Automatic Self Winding. 36.3 MM, 44 MM Lugs to Lugs, and has roman numeral lettering. The watch shown is gold, but I would be equally interested in silver or stainless-steel. I've looked at hundreds of different IWCs but have not been able to find the exact replica of this watch -- the dial, case, lugs, numerals, hands, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated!
