Hand-winding Hammilton's?

Hello,

I'm interested in adding a watch that can be hand-wound to my collection. I particularly like the Khaki line, especially the field watches. Are these watches hand winding? If no, which hamilton models are? Or should I seek out a vintage one? I look forward to reading your responses.

The Khaki Field Mechanicals are manual winding, not to be confused with the Field Automatics.
