Jazzmaster Slim 40mm Luminiscents and Stopping

I have a couple of questions about the Jazzmaster Slim 40mm H38515735 that I own. I'm really new to watches, so please excuse me if these questions make you go -_-

    1) Is it supposed to have luminescent hands and markers? I saw in some pictures from a post in this forum of the silver dial version (H38515555) of this same watch that it has luminescent hands and markers. However, I've been wearing mine almost daily for a few weeks now and I've never seen any luminescence in the dark. Is it just that the H38515735 doesn't have any luminescence while the H38515555 does or is there something wrong with my watch?

    2) Even after wearing my watch a couple of days in a row (between 6-10 hours each day), it stops after about one day of not wearing it. I've tried manually winding the watch (about 30 turns) before wearing and it still stops after a day of not wearing it. Is that expected for this watch (with ETA 2892 movement)? I work in an office and don't do anything super active when I'm wearing the watch, but it's not like I just keep my arm still all day. I do move around quite a bit doing routine office and household tasks.

    TIA

Yesterday morning I wound the watch about 20 turns and then wore it for about 11 hours. Then this morning (after about 10 hours of not wearing the watch), I saw that it had already stopped 2 hours ago. Is there something wrong with it?

The 2892 has about 45h od running. If you wear it all day long it will wind itself pretty at maximum point.
If it stops sooner than that at full winding probably is faulty.

My girlfriend bought the watch for me from Amazon (sold and fulfilled by Amazon I believe). Is Amazon an AD of Hamilton? Will I be able to get the watch serviced under the warranty?

Also, before I go through the trouble of sending it in for service, is there any way that I can be sure that there is actually a problem with the watch? Could it be that the watch needs to be "broken in" or something? I suppose I can fully wind it and set it aside to see how long it takes before it stops, but I'm not even sure how many turns it takes to fully wind the watch. Any suggestions?

2892 movement is relatively efficient...if you bought it from Amazon and its relatively new, exchange it...

After wearing it for a full day (or 11 or 12 hours) it should go all night and then some without a problem...

The picture to the link you posted only has a slight lume on the hands so yours should have that; this is a dress watch so it's not unusual for only the hands to be lumed. As far as the power reserve; my experience has been about 36 to 40 hours for the 2892. Stopping after 24 hours seems too short. I'd keeping winding the watch 30-50 turns daily and monitor for a few days it to see if it improves (the movement could be tight) Amazon has a good return policy, look for the last date that they will accept the return and exchange it if the power reserve does not improve.

Actually, I was able to get the lumes on the hands and markers to glow by holding a flashlight up to the watch for a few seconds. It looks pretty sweet.

As for the stopping issue, are you saying that there could be a "break-in" period for the movement? Is that common?

I own the same watch, this is wrong and you need to return it to Amazone. Good thing is they have super service and you will have a new watch in a couple of days. A bit surpriced about the lume as well, after beeing in the sun mine glows when I go inside. So you need to replace the watch.
