New Arrival- Ikarus

Hi, I'm joining the Stowa club with the arrival of Ikarus last month, been a long time fan of the brand. Just wanted to say hello by sharing some pictures. The watch is so much nicer in the flesh. Cheers!

Very nice watch ànd pictures.

What I sometimes notice, and do again while looking at your pictures, is the crown which seems to 'stick out' a little in comparison with other pictures I've seen earlier.

Is it possible that there are differences between different pieces? Or is it just me?

I pulled out the crown to stop the watch from running and to pose the hands for pictures only, there are no issues with the crown at all.

The watch is so much nicer in the flesh.

After receiving mine today, first thought I had after all the pictures I had seen of it, the watch is so much more impressive in person.

And I was foolish enough to think the pictures produced by my macro lense and a homemade softbox could do this watch justice. No pictures could quite capture the beauty of the dial IMO, it literally sparkles sometimes.

Just an update about a few weeks. It's been losing about 4 seconds per day, which is pretty good I suppose.
