Seatime bezel lume pip question

When I bought my Seatime, it came with a Prodiver bezel & a black bezel. Both of these had a lume pip at the 12 o'clock marker (round dot for the Prodiver, triangle for the Seatime). I have since picked up a red bezel but it does not have any lume on it anywhere. I looked on the Stowa sight & it looks like most of the coloured bezels do not have any lume on them (hard to really tell from the pictures). Is this the way that they come from the factory?

All Stowa's bezels have the lume pip at the 12 o'clock! I have the ProDiver bezel and also the Seatime black bezel and they both have the lume at 12.

So I wonder where the bezel came from that I have (red)???? There is no lume at all on it & the pictures on the site don't look like any of the coloured ones have a lume on them.
