22mm closed-loop straps

Can anyone point me to a source of *22mm* (rather than 20mm) traditional closed-loop leather straps? Laco is only offering them in the 20mm size intended (I assume) for 42mm cases. I'm looking for a strap that would correctly fit between the slightly wider lugs of a 45mm Dortmund. I know that a 20mm strap will fit on a 22mm spring bar, but I've never liked the look, with a bit of the spring bar exposed, of that approach. Surely somebody must make these straps in a size other than 20mm, but searching the WUS site came up with nothing.

Check out this link on ebay for the Di-Moddel Tornado strap, google some images of this strap it's nice for sure.. I have read lots of good things
about them and they are pretty sexy on A and B dial's. They are alittle more than the laco straps which run for about 75. I think these are 100,
but from what I've heard, their legendary aftermarket straps.

Has Laco stopped making 22mm? I have a Laco 22 lying around. Might be worth emailing them?

Thanks very much for all your suggestions. I'll check them all. Laco does show a link to a 22mm strap on their shop website, but it leads either directly to the three available sizes of 20mm strap or to a notation that only 20mm straps are available.

I got a Laco closed loop 22mm from Tony at Timequest. Received it right before Christmas. It fits my 45mm perfectly. :)
