Final Review of 2012 Paderborn w/Comparison shots of New Finish Iphone4

Well we've got some freezing wind that's come thru Atlanta tonight and shut down all of my plans, Decided to pick up a 6 pack and kick it at home with the doggy.
It's the 1 week anniversary since receiving my New and First Laco in the Mail. I thought I'd share some final thoughts about the experience and the Watch! The case and watch itself, I'm personally giving a 9/10. I do love everything about the watch from finish, to dial. The only thing I wish Watch companies, I will not blame laco for this issue, is the look around the rim of the sapphire. Every Once in a while I look at see the watch case at this angle, first thing that comes to mind is how I wish it was not there! I believe what I'm trying to convey, is the magnified side view of the sapphire case, it almost looks like a white line around the crystal. Though it's only seen when looking at it in a certain angle. I'm sure most of you know what i mean.
Last Monday I ordered a Tool to punch an extra hole in the 40's style strap, giving it more room , I can't tell you guys how much better the watch wears when the strap is on properly. Prior to having the extra hole, the strap, even in a sized Normal / Large, was way to big for my wrist. The Luminescent on the dial is a 10/10. It glows all threw the night, even with minimal light exposure. Today was indoors all day, and even at nightfall I can still see the lume when I walk into a dark room. The lume stays visible just so long as you have some source of light lol, it's very pretty. The crown does not dig , and the watch sits prettier than ever on the wrist! Here are a few shots I took tonight, a couple of them I tried to compare them to other stainless steel or metal items, so you can see how the tent looks on the new finish.. In my humble opinion, the colour is nowhere near as dark as It looks online, it's much lighter in person but It still has a Gunmetal tone to it.

Looks good. Laco's lume is awesome. I also think they're the best looking fliegers out there for the money. The bead blast case finish and domed sapphire make a versatile daily wear watch that looks classy and rugged all at once.

In my opinion the Laco is such a perfect watch. I can't tell you how Impressed I've been since receiving this last weekend man. Everytime I look at my wrist , it's just there, and carries such a powerful presentation. Other watch companies make some good timepieces but my hat's off to Laco, I'm already scoping for an A dial and it hasn't even been a week!

Oh, oh. Someone has been bitten by the B-Uhr bug.

The most telling image was the one with the dime. Since this your first Laco, you don't have the benefit of comparison, however, from that shot alone the new case finish does look appreciably darker.

In My opinion, I think it's stunning. The New Case Finish Is So Unique in person. My girlfriend, who hates my Watch Obsession and is probably the biggest critic of all my Watch buying over the past few years, for the first time she came out and said " I like that one ". lol
