Is there a easytomunderstand guide, like a step by step guide, for the suunto core and it's functions?

I have read the manual, but it's very VAGUE in my opinion .

I want to make sure I'm getting the MOST from this great watch.

Sandy, after running through the easy start up and playing with the watch, I viewed a couple review on you tube. As always on youtube, some reviewers are better informed and more technical than others.
