    Exclamation Suunto Measurements!

OK upon request I have made some measurements of my Suuntos...

All measurements are approximate. (done with calibers and an old measuring stick)

    Y&B CORE:
Case width not counting buttons (9:00-3:00): 50mm
    Case width 12:00-6:00: 50mm
    Thickness: 15mm
Inside of bezel to inside of bezel: 42mm
    Crystal Diameter: 39mm

    Vector:
Case width not counting buttons (9:00-3:00): 53mm
    Case width 12:00-6:00: 61mm
    Thickness: 16mm
    Crystal Diameter: 35mm

    Observer:
Case width not counting buttons (9:00-3:00): 46mm
Case width 12:00-6:00: 48mm (bottom of lug to top of lug)
Case width 12:00-6:00: 40mm (case without lug)
    Thickness: 14mm
    Crystal Diameter: 30mm

    Yachtsman (X-Lander):
Case width not counting buttons (9:00-3:00): 53mm
Case width 12:00-6:00: 54mm (bottom of lug to top of lug)
Case width 12:00-6:00: 48mm (case without lug)
    Thickness: 17mm
    Crystal Diameter: 35mm

    Suunto Elementum Ventus:
Using crude calipers and a measuring stick, I measure the following (definite APPROXIMATIONS):
    Case (From 10:00 to 5:00) = 45mm
    Case thickness = 14mm
    Lug Width = 22mm
    Strap = 22mm non tapered
    Strap thickness = 5mm
    Crystal Diameter = 40mm
Pushers (distance from case) = 5mm
Scrolling pusher (distance from case) = 7mm

Yeah, the Vector has those little "wings" at 9:00 and 3:00... See how that case is way more asymmetrical than the core case?

    Re: Suunto Measurements!

Hi, I'm new here and I think to buy a Core All black (when it officialy available).
Thank you for posting the measures but I see that's missing a very important measure: the strap size, it's 22-24 mm ?

Can you report this measures too ?

I think to use a nato strap, I see some photos and is very good on this watch for me.

    Thank you again, best regards.

24mm lugs on my Core O/B, which opens up a whole world of strap choices
I put a PVD Pre-V buckle on my Suunto black rubber strap, I think it looks really good.

    Cheers,
    Griff
