    Suunto offline software alternatives

As most of you know, by now, at least for the Ambit family, there is no proprietary software for offline data read.
I will try to make a compilation of all softwares that can import Suunto moves (Movescount, even offline downloads them to PC).
First of all there is already some threads talking about it: A Guide to accessing Ambit2 (and possibly others) GPS data offline and Ambit and desktop software

But here is the list of the softwares that I've found:

Sportstracks https://www.zonefivesoftware.com/ , without plugin it imports from the Movescount folder, with plugin https://www.zonefivesoftware.com/spo...o-ambit-plugin I guess it is directly from watch. I prefer the first method. It's paid, but you can find a coupon with 5second search to make it cheaper. Windows only

Neotrack 2 Tom Shane :: Neotrack Free version with limited data, premium version is paid. Windows only.

Rubitrack rubiTrack • GPS enabled fitness tracking for the Mac it says on website that it supports suunto ambit family. Basic is free, premium is paid. Mac, iPhone and iPad.

Turtlesport http://turtlesport.sourceforge.net/ free and opensource, it says it supports Suunto, so it's a matter of trying. Windows, Mac and Linux

OpenAmbit Openambit | Open software for the Suunto Ambit(2) a moveslink alternative for linux. Free and opensource. Linux

    ambit2py https://code.google.com/p/ambit2gpx/ a Python script to convert
suunto ambit sml file to a gpx file. May be userful for next section

Others apps that might work with manual import (gpx?):

Loadmytrack LoadMyTracks | Easy GPS connectivity for your Macintosh Free. Mac

TrailRunner TrailRunner - Mac OS X route planning and journaling for.iPhone,.Nike+ SportBand,.Garmin ForeRunner GPS Paid. Mac

SportsTracker SportsTracker - saring.de Free and Opensource. Mac, Linux and Windows

TrainingPeaks Workout Log & Training Plans for Cycling, Running, Triathlon | TrainingPeaks Free 7 day trial then paid. Works importing .fit (at least what it says on their website)

Firstbeat Firstbeat ATHLETE | Consumers | Firstbeat the older T series works directly, the ambit just with import.

Keep in mind that I only tested Sportstracks, but I guess it is usefull to have everything in one place and maybe try other softwares with manual import.
    bruceames and Artivis like this.

Attackpoint is able to import sml files, just drag & drop them from Suunto roaming folder. No need to do gpx conversions or anything. Feature is available for donated users. Here is short trail run I did yesterday:
