Although we said no LE# changes, in your case I will make an exclusion, as you are new and these two numbers were available since the beginning. But for everyone else: it is still valid rule, that after dropouts are cleared from our lists, we will not exchange numbes, as it would cause absolutely unimaginable chaos.
