I'm sure you would be happy with either but if I could only chose one I would go with the Cartier.

Thinking of it, I am not entirely sure Corum is classified as a High End manufacturer.

Using a barely modified ETA will disqualify it from this class. What do you guys think?

It could be the WUS Anthem:

    "They said someday you'll find
    All who love are blind
Oh, when your hears on fire
    You must realise
    Smoke gets in your eyes"

Corum is no way near high-end.
    It's just a watch

Does Cartier increase their prices every year like Rolex does, or does it increase it less frequently. If yes, by how much. someone was telling me Rolex goes up by almost 8%.

I'd go for Cartier, Corum watches never appealed to me.

There is a saying: "10 people, 10 colors." Like I said, try them both on. Figure in your lifestyle, go with your heart. You have to buy it/wear it. You decide, my friend. :) Let us know what you get. You really can't go wrong with either.
