Erhard Junghans Aerious Chronoscope ~ high end worth buying??

    Hello guys,

Is the Erhard Junghans Aerious Chronoscope a good entry level high end watch to buy? Or will you class it as high end? I like its original design, to me its not trying to replicate any ongoing design. The movement is a reworked seiko 6S37A but I am not sure how good is the Seiko to start off with. Maybe someone can shine some light on this movement compared to more exotic Swiss movements. What is the general thoughts on this watch. I can pick this watch up for around US$ 4200.00 new shipped to me. I like the style and I had tried it on and loved how it wear on my wrist but I am not sure on the brand and movement.

Junghans has a big range of watch some fairly cheap one incl. quartz, radio controlled etc and The Chronoscope is one of the most expensive example they make. They have a very beautiful Max Bill range which I like alot too.

Seems more of a military watch...Junghans just hasn't had the magic since their cal. 88 chronographs.
