Since being bitten by the horological bug last year, I have spent countless hours trying to learn as much as I can about the watch industry, its history, the minor and major players and, of course, the watches themselves. I have much to learn and the various WUS forums have been a great source of information. My interest in this hobby grows by the day while my bank balance shrinks by the month (in 6 months, a JLC, an Omega and wife's Rolex).

Then comes along the opportunity to meet Max Busser from MB&F in person. While my wife may have said "Who?", I'm sure the WUS members can appreciate my excitement. After spending about an hour with Max, I was struck by what a genuine and down to earth person he is. His passion for watchmaking is contagious and the story how MB&F came to be is fascinating. Oh yeah, there's also his watches....
