Need help : 2 new watchets

Hello friends,

Need little help in deciding:

Looking for 2 new watches, one dress watch and one sports.

Dress watch :
Looking at getting the IWC portofino - black dial and leather strap - will cost me about 5k singapore dollor.
any other recommendations ? no chrono similar price range. ( already own a while dial loginess master retrograde)

Sports watch:
was looking at the tag grand carrera caliber 17 , rs2 and the omega speedmaster ( with a strap) - around 9-10k singapore dollor
unable to decide between the two - which one would be better buy and have a better resale value.
any other suggestions ( own a breitling navitimer already)

Dress watch-IWC Portuguese Chrno. Clean, classic timeless piece in my opinion.
Sport watch-Depending on wrist size-Omega Planet Ocean 2500 movement Seamaster 42mm or 45mm with their all black rubber strap.

Both great pieces that will probably never go out of style and are very versatile watches. Good luck with your purchases. Lastly, I like Tag but I see them everywhere and most departments stores even sell them. I think Omega is a far better watch for not much more money. Again, my opinion. IWC, you can't go wrong with this company.
