    Looking for NON-atomic projection clock

Since reception of the radio signal has proven to be unreliable in my neck of the woods, I'd like to find a non-radio-controlled projection clock.

Further, since such clocks need to be plugged into an AC ...... (at least for continuous projection) I'd prefer that the clock sync to the AC frequency of said ......, as opposed to having an internal quartz movement, in order to avoid drift.

Can anyone recommend a clock that fits these specs?

A little late with this but I joined up only recently. Search "projection alarm clock" on EBay and you will find a variety of projection alarm clocks. Keep in mind that some atomic clocks can be set to time and will run w/o gaining reference to the radio signal from WWV. Ebay, as you may know, permits you to ask the seller a question before you commit to a buy.
