Anyone familiar with Equipe Watches?

I guess it would qualify as a fashion brand. Apparently, they have been around a couple of years, but I have just seen them recently. They use a Miyota Citizen quartz movement, so nothing special there....I looked around though and don't see them discounted anywhere, but there is a sale at Chronoshark until midnight tonight...5/3/2012 for $89 bucks....for that price point, I'm not expecting anything great, but if it has a decent build quality, it'd be worth it to me, just because of it's uniquely cool look (IMHO).....I haven't been able to find out anything on the net about them, no reviews, forum discussions, etc....anybody know anything about them? see below, thanks...

Hey I have the same question, notice you didn't get a response... I guess if it's a fashion brand folks here may not be interested. I'm actually not interested in the citizen quartz, but I do wonder how much (if any) of this is made in Detroit. They try to bill it as a watch born in the motor city, and well, I'm wondering if anything other than the marketing team is assembled in the U.S. Anyone know?
