Hi, Can Anyone Tell Me What This Mae Of Watch Is Please

Hi, I am desperate to find out info about this watch, which would I like to think, help me buy one. I know it originates from 1975/1976 and that it has a solid bangle type band, with a centre fastening to the inside of the arm, and has a blue face but that is it. I have been looking for this watch for as long as I can remember. Really grateful of any help

What makes it worse is I have no pictures good enough to enlarge them to get more information

At a glance, I saw a weird shaped ear with an earring in that pic...

No idea of the watch though, sorry.

No ear and no ear ring, sorry, it is the pattern on the jumper. It was the 70's
