#1) Absolutely! That's definitely a dress watch with a modern case and vintage inspired dial.
#2) Maybe... It's really a sports watch, but the vintage military inspired dial may let you pull it off-- if you've got attitude. After all people wear dive watches with suits. It's all about doing it with flair and confidence.
The best watch is the one that makes you happiest.... and tells the time.
That first watch looks gorgeous and totally a dress watch. And as obsidian has said, the 2nd watch looks more like a pilot watch to me.

I go with 2 .. :) person who is going to wear watch matter a lot. I did no t wear watch but i gift them to my friends and family.
