Longines Master any experience or advice?

considering getting this on sale $3300 discounted to ~$2600 (AUD)
has been trawling the internet for some sort of review..etc to learn more about the watch without success
    i think it's a discontinue model probably
anyone knows what type of movement it uses?
any comment would be appreciated thanks!

Very classic, I like it! To the best of my knowledge the L651.3 movement is an ETA 2894. I did manage to find this review:

Longines Master Collection Chrono Review [LONG AND FULL OF RAMBLING(s)] [crap photos too]

    Kindest Regards,
