Confused Retro Camera - Please help clarify!

Have been looking at the Orient Star Retro Camera for a while. Just saw an e-bay seller selling the Japan Domestic Market Orient Star Automatic Watch WZ0191FH (among others) and another selling the Black IP WZ0211FH . Other than the obvious differences in the cosmetics (colors, bands, et al) is there a difference in these models vs. the YFH02001B? Is the "limited edition" different other than being numbered?

The Japan Domestic Models commencing with the letter W and the International models commencing with the letter Y are identical. You may find however that the specification for water resistance is marked on the case back as 10bar for the JDM models and 100m for the International models - other than that they are the identical.

Regarding the "limited edition" models, there were two limited edition models in the Retro Future Camera series for Japan .... which one are you referring to?

There are two models using the gold/croc strap combination and both are no longer in production.

WZ0121FH (Limited Edition of 500 in yellow gold)
    WZ0191FH (rose gold)

There is a rose gold model WZ0241FH using a black bezel and rubber strap with rose gold deployant which is currently in production.

The WZ0191FH and WZ0241FH are the same colour rose gold (although they appear different in the photos). The WZ0121 (LE) is quite different using yellow gold.

How they can call the colors used for these 'gold' or 'rose gold' is beyond me. Those are not the color of either gold, but are instead a cheap looking yellow/green anodize and an equally cheap looking copper color wash or swaschplate as tawdry as any TV advertized cheapo on a QVC channel.

IMO, of course, these are the lousiest looking $700. + watches on the planet, as tasteless as can be and if actually made in Japan as claimed they must have been snuck onto the shipment wharfs in the dead of night so as not to begin a nationwide onset of aesthetical upset stomach nausea in the populace.

In other words, these watches offend my sensibilities.

Then you will be thrilled to learn that as this is the most popular of the retro-future line, there are maybe a half dozen puky colors/designs to collect.
