Looking at the model number, they should be identical except the bracelet part. Compared with something like a Mako, CEM65002D and CEM65005D are identical except one come with bracelet and the other come with rubber strap. And if you're talking about difference between CFD0E002W and SFD0E002W, they should be also identical. The letter in the front only implies which market the watch is intended to. Physically, they are the same. (The C, S should not be on the watch even.)

I think I have seen this model a while back. The leather strap is quite nice. But I'm pretty sure that the one I saw come with a deployment clasp, which makes the watch even better.
