My first (and surely not the last) JLC watch

Actually, it is not mine. I bought this one for my wife.

She was looking for a watch for sometime, I shortlisted many watches for her. Choices for ladies watch are very limited.
She likes Omega Ladymatic, Zenith El Primero Ladies, JLC master compressor... no Rolex since she already has 2.

But the one I likes most is JLC master compressor diving chrono ladies and she also like it a lot when I show her the picture.

So we went the shop to try several watches on the list.

Ladymatic is too dressy and a bit too thick for her tiny wrist.
I can't find Zenith ladies since it was discon for sometimes.
JLC diving chrono ladies is very nice but it far too thick for my wife.
But she like JLC Master Compressor Automatic. A lot thinner and has a lot more diamonds. :)

So that is the story of the first JLC I bought.

    Looove it!

I recently got my wife a Zenith Lady Star Open Heart (whie face, white band) - I was lucky enough to run in to it (note by OP that they are discontinued). I think you smashed this one, hope she wears it in good health!

Thanks everyone for all the kind words.

My wife really loves it and so do I. My impression so far is the accuracy of this watch. In the first week of daily wear, it gained about 5s or less than a second a day!!! Very impressive.
